New month, spring blooms, still tired, yet another tiny game
Hello everyone!
I'm still very sleep-deprived. It's very hard, tbh, even though I'm lucky that my "lifestyle" greatly mitigates its effect. I really must sleep more, urgently-- I have a very important appointment on Wednesday that I want to have all my available capacity for!
Outside, the weather is gorgeous, warm with deep blue sky and a chilly breeze. Spring-like. The trees! The trees are blooming so beautifully... I'm so lucky to live here and to be able to enjoy this beautiful nature. I'm trying to let myself be carried by this renewed, beautiful energy.
I squeezed another tiny game out of myself, for the Aro Jam. It was very vulnerable and it isn't getting any traction at all, but I've made my peace with that. I am too tired to make more games for now, I must recharge. I'm working on other projects (some of them games, but not the same kind of tiny solo projects) and I hope it will help. Oh! The new game is BASIL SOUP.
I've been playing Rune Factory Oceans/Tides of Destiny, which released 15 years ago but which made me SO dysphoric back then, I even resold my copy and had to acquire a new one! It's been a fun little game so far, despite its lack of farming (which is always my favorite part. There's farming in RFO but more of the automated & random kind.)
