Aaaand back to gamedev!

I haven't slept at all last night. I managed a 3 hour-long nap in the early afternoon. It's... not good. I hate it. I hate being so exhausted and so tense.

But!! I don't want to talk about it!! I want to focus on the real cool things that happened today!

I tidied the living room and recorded a little "cozy gaming setup tour" video for JustAbout! That was fun & I really enjoyed moving around!

Because despite not sleeping or sometimes having really hard nights, I somehow always perk up during the day. We took a little walk to go and admire the beginning of blossoms seasons. The almond trees are always the earliest; and it's earlier and earlier every year, which... saddens me, angers me, and all sorts of hard feelings... but there's nothing else I can do except being very cautious of my CO2 consumption myself, and vote and advocate in a way that makes sense in the climate catastrophee we're living. So that leaves me able to admire the trees, at least. They're so pretty.

I also started a new gamedev project! I wanted to do something for the Trans Joy jam that deadlines on Friday, and I don't think that will happen. I also wanted to do something for Aro Jam, and I'm not sure if that can happen either. I'm trying to be OK with it. I'm definitely gonna do the monthly Bitsy Jam if it's held this month again.

But the project I've started is to follow along this really cool YouTube tutorial to create a farming game in Godot! I really like using Godot, and I've been wanting to make my own farming game for a really long time. So that's really exciting!! I even have the same pack as in the tutorial ahah, I bought it a couple of years ago!

This really keeps me motivated for my next webdev project as well-- I want to create a website for FADUNN, the puzzle game my partner and I are making. (You can check the prototype here), where we can have a nice little presentation page AND something like the Strawberry Starter I'm using here as a devlog! But for that I need to tweak things a little more, as I want to be able to upload everything neatly with NPM as well.

I also really want us to have a functional version control that allows for remote working that's not GitHub, and I have... a lot of work... in front of me regarding that! 'Cause I really don't know much about any of that! But I'll do my best!!

I don't know if it sounds like it, but I'm having lots of fun with all this!
